Shipbrokers workflow

From Microsoft Outlook shipbrokers can use Shipping Copilot to read and convert Recaps (emails) to Shipping Online post-fixtures in seconds. Corresponding emails can be stored together with post-fixture so all the correspondence with your customer in Dynamics 365 CRM is collected in one place for archiving, historical search and sharing among team members at Office, Departments, Segment and partners. 

Shipping Online comes with an business intranet SharePoint solution structured into Offices, Departments and Segments to store documents, share news, projects, calendar and activities. 

The shipbrokers can work from Microsoft Teams as a “front-end” to all business intranet sites to collaborate (document sharing, chat, video) with their teams and partners.
